Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SidRix stock-intelligence interface, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

Service Description

SidRix is a retrospective end-of-day educational market data and delivery intelligence software.

SEBI Disclaimer: SidRix is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, or Portfolio Manager. The application compiles, structures, and presents public NSE bhavcopy reports for educational evaluation. It does NOT issue advisory recommendations, buy/sell trade setups, target levels, or predicted verdicts.

Subscription Terms

• Free Tier: Includes limited Hawk-Eye lookups, EOD data updates, and basic card grids.
• Pro Plan: Billed at ₹99–149/month (launch promotional pricing) or ₹299/month (regular billing). Provides unlimited watchlist access, detailed dossiers, and volume spike filters.
• Billing: Transactions are handled securely using integration gateways (Razorpay). Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled manually.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Settings page.
• Cancellation halts the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current active billing cycle.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, syndicate, or license SidRix structured delivery data commercially.
• Deploy automated scripts, bots, or web scrapers to crawl or pull data from our endpoints.
• Share account tokens or login sessions to bypass plan lookup limits.

Limitation of Liability

SidRix and its operators are not liable for any financial losses, lost opportunity costs, or portfolio damages arising directly or indirectly from information, errors, or delays surfaced on this platform. Users accept complete responsibility for their market execution decisions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
